You can access your container unit during our standard opening hours. There are no additional fees for accessing your unit, and you can visit as often as needed within the hours of 5am-9pm between Monday-Sunday.

Our container storage provides excellent protection and unauthorised access; however, we strongly recommend insuring your goods. You can do this thorough an insurance company of your choice.

The minimum rental period for a container unit is one month. After that, you can continue to rent the unit on a month-to-month basis.

When you book through our online booking portal, all payments are managed via Direct Debit, ensuring payment protection by the Direct Debit Guarantee. Monthly payments are billed every 28 days and annual payments ae billed every 365 days.

You are responsible for moving your items in and out of the container storage unit. We recommend purchasing your own hand truck to make moving heavy boxes easier or hiring them. If you are moving a large number of items into the container storage unit, we suggest hiring a van, if necessary, to reduce the amount of time going from point A to point B. If you need further assistance, we can provide local removal companies.

Not necessarily, we provide a lock on each container, however you can bring your own heavy-duty lock if you prefer.

If you lose your key or lock code, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you in gaining access to your storage unit. We may require proof of ID for security reasons.

You may cancel your contract by giving not less than 28 days’ written notice before any due date and termination will take place from the due date. We do not give any refunds on advance discounted long-term rental payments if you wish to vacate before the end of the contract period.
